The Gold Standard in CDL Testing: Dept. of Public Safety at Ft. Worth MegaCenter

When it comes to CDL testing, efficiency and professionalism are key factors that make a significant difference in the overall experience. Recently, DLTS had the privilege of working with the Department of Public Safety at the Ft. Worth MegaCenter to facilitate the CDL exams for our client’s employees participating in our CDL training program. From the outset, Kim Pitzer and her incredible team at Fort Worth’s DPS showcased their commitment to excellence. Not only did they manage to complete our CDL testing requirements in 2 days, but they also created an environment that was well coordinated, welcoming and supportive, making a significant difference in the trainees' testing experience. The DPS team's professional yet friendly engagement with our trainees significantly contributed to a stress-free testing atmosphere, ensuring that focus remained on demonstrating their skills. The value of such a supportive environment cannot be quantified, but its effect on our clients’ testing performance was undoubtedly profound.
